本設備用于連續生產平、彎板夾層玻璃及多層組合防彈玻璃的初步壓合。同時可代替中空玻璃生產線中的 初壓機及熱壓機。本設備采納國外先進技術，采用耐高溫、耐老化、橡膠制作大壓輯。傳動采用無級 變頻調速，溫度控制可任意設定，膠輥壓力采用大直徑氣缸。根據玻璃的厚度、面積等，氣壓從0-0.6Mpa 調壓。前后兩道壓輥之間的間隙可單獨進行調節。整個上箱體可以提升0.8米（采用絲桿提升）。
This equipment is used for the continuous production of flat, curved laminated glass and laminated composite bullet proof glass. Simultaneously, the utility model can replace the primary press and the hot press in the hollow glass production line. The equipment adopts advanced foreign technology, the use of high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high quality rubber roller. Transmission adopts stepless frequency control, temperature control can be set arbitrarily, with a large diameter cylinder pressure rollers. According to the thickness and area of the glass, the pressure is adjusted from 0-0.6Mpa. The gap between the front and the two pressure rollers can be adjusted separately. The entire upper box can be increased by 0.8 m (using screw rod lifting).
